Obviously the problem here is that you and the telco use different scales of time. What you would call a snails pace, the telco would call light speed. I bet they use the same terms to describe their internet speed aswell.

their internet speed is actually the speed of light...

the data transfer for me on the other hand approaches the one megabit downstream.

And luckily the adsl is back on...

Which still isn't fast enough.. well my adsl is only 512/128k unlimited downloads. Problem is finding things to download :-)

I said all pr0n .. that's supposed to be something completely different

but then.. hollywood spits out three big movies every week, that should keep your downloads up to speed.
